Top-up methods and crediting time

USDT-TRC20 and credit card — how each is credited.

USDT (TRC20)

Your dedicated deposit address (and QR code) is on the Wallet page. Credit is automatic once the transfer confirms on-chain, usually within minutes. Use the TRC20 network — funds sent on other chains cannot be auto-detected.

Credit card

The same page offers card top-up (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX / JCB / UnionPay). Payments are hosted by Stripe, so card details never touch our site, and credit is applied automatically once payment completes.

If it hasn't arrived

  1. Filter your Billing page by top-up to check whether it already landed
  2. For USDT, confirm the transaction is confirmed on-chain and used TRC20
  3. For cards, confirm you completed the checkout (closing it mid-way charges nothing)
  4. Still stuck? Contact support with the transaction or order id
